Homemade Pastry

We use natural ingredients, no shortcuts, only real fruit, vanilla beans from Madagascar or Tahiti, Passion fruit and mango come directly from Ecuador. We only use natural colorants. We use a belgium chocolate.

The french macarons are gluten free, they are made out of almond meal.

We meet all the criteria of cleaniless set by all the local agencies, all the fruit are thorougly cleaned and inspected for infestation. Everything is made in our kitchen.
